Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist
Location: Dwarka, Delhi ( on site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and analyzing campaign performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
- Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring accurate tracking of campaign metrics and sharing actionable insights with internal teams and clients.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
