Anaajoree is seeking a proactive and organized Administration & Digital Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day administration, HR functions, office operations, and digital communications across Anaajoree and its associated initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and office operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and HR processes.
- Maintain organizational documentation and records.
- Coordinate internal communications and team activities.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms.
- Assist with event coordination, outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support basic reporting and operational workflows.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media management and digital communications.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience in administration, HR, or communications is preferred.
Salary: Based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
