Job Overview
Learners Note is seeking passionate and committed Online Tutors to deliver high-quality, one-on-one tutoring sessions to students across the globe. Tutors will conduct live classes via Google Meet, ensuring an engaging and personalized learning experience for students from diverse academic backgrounds.
Subjects / Courses Offered
Tutors may be assigned classes in one or more of the following subjects, based on their expertise:
- French – Up to Grade 10 (all syllabi)
- Coding
- Abacus / Vedic Maths
- Hindi – Up to Grade 10
- Mathematics – Up to Grade 12 (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, British Curriculum)
Tutoring will be provided to students from KG to degree level, depending on subject suitability and tutor competency.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any degree or MCA / B.Tech in Computer Science (or relevant subject expertise)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching or subject-related experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Technical Requirements
Desktop or laptop with YouCam (mandatory for session recording; mobile devices are not supported)
Stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection
Working Hours
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
Class Timings: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Break Timings:
6:00 PM – 6:30 PM
8:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Minimum commitment of 4 hours per day
Availability for at least 5 days per week
Compensation & Benefits
Initial payment based on performance
Appraisal eligibility after 15 months
Salary credited on the 15th of every month, based on sessions conducted in the previous month
Students will be assigned for the entire academic year after successful demo classes
10% TDS applicable as per government norms
Form 16 provided every 6 months for income tax filing
Work-from-home flexibility
Training & Onboarding
Mandatory training on teaching tools and internal applications
Course syllabus and materials will be provided for reference
Interview Process
Interviews will be conducted via Google Meet
Candidates must deliver a 7–10 minute PowerPoint demo class on a subject of their choice as part of the evaluation process
