We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over phone calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining company products/services, following up with clients, handling customer queries, and maintaining proper records of communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and attend inbound calls.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and training programs clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales/admissions.
- Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM/Excel sheets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues if required.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
- Professional attitude and positive communication.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
