About the Role
Amphin is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Fresher Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual design, branding, and digital creativity. You will work closely with the marketing and content team to create engaging visual assets for social media, websites, and various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media posts, ads, websites, and marketing materials.
- Support the team in developing brand identities, visual guidelines, and creative concepts.
- Work on design assets such as banners, posters, presentations, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the content and social media team to ensure creative alignment.
- Adapt and resize designs for different platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
- Stay updated on graphic design trends, styles, and tools.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign (optional)
- Canva / Figma (added advantage)
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback positively and make improvements.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design or related field preferred (but not mandatory).
- A design portfolio (academic or self-created) is required.
