Role Overview
We are looking for HOD - Creative to lead ICASA as a skilling vertical.
This is not a production role—it is a training, curriculum, and quality leadership role focused on building a best-in-class learning ecosystem.
You will be responsible for designing programs, building faculty, ensuring quality delivery, and driving student outcomes including placements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum & Program Development
- Design industry-relevant curriculum across both CoEs
- Ensure courses are aligned with current market needs
- Continuously upgrade content based on industry trends
2. Faculty & Trainer Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage trainers
- Build a strong network of industry professionals
- Ensure consistent teaching quality across batches
3. Training Operations & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end training execution
- Ensure structured, disciplined, and outcome-oriented delivery
- Monitor batch performance and student progress
4. Quality Control & Learning Outcomes
- Maintain high standards of training quality
- Implement feedback systems and performance tracking
- Ensure students receive practical, market-relevant exposure
5. Placement & Industry Integration
- Ensure strong placement outcomes for students
- Build industry connections for hiring pipelines
- Align training with real job requirements
6. Vertical Leadership
- Build and scale ICASA as a premium skilling brand
- Work closely with HKI Media leadership
- Drive long-term strategy for growth and expansion
Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
- 10 + years of experience in:
- Creative industry / media / production / digital ecosystem
- OR training / skilling / academic leadership roles
- Strong understanding of content, media, and production landscape
- Experience in curriculum design or training management
- Leadership and team management capability
Preferred:
- Experience in ed-tech or skill development
- Strong industry network (creatives, agencies, studios)
- Exposure to placement or talent development ecosystems
Compensation
- ₹10- 15 LPA
