We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience to drive business growth through paid and organic digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), along with a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Generate high-quality leads and business through Google Ads and Meta Ads with advanced audience targeting.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets efficiently for cost-effective results.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and creatives.
- Handle social media marketing, including content planning, posting, and engagement strategies.
- Oversee SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve organic reach.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, campaigns, and branding.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Required Candidate Profile
Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns and lead generation.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Result-oriented mindset with focus on performance and ROI.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Adaptability to new tools, trends, and technologies.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube Campaigns)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and retargeting strategies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
