STEMx is a rapidly growing Future Skills and STEM Education company working with more than 500 schools and impacting over 300,000 students across India and international markets.
Our programs include Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Coding, Drones, Design Thinking, Maker Spaces, 3D Printing, and emerging technologies. As we expand, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Lead to build and scale our digital growth engine across B2B and B2C segments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Generate qualified leads from schools, educational institutions, parents, and students.
- Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, webinars, and content marketing.
- Develop landing pages and lead magnets to improve conversions.
Marketing Funnel Development
- Build end-to-end marketing funnels covering awareness, engagement, lead capture, nurturing, and conversion.
- Create separate customer journeys for schools, parents, competitions, and STEMx learning products.
Content & Brand Development
- Develop content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, and email marketing.
- Showcase school success stories, student projects, AI & Robotics initiatives, and thought leadership content.
Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with agencies and freelancers for campaign execution.
- Review creatives, track budgets, and evaluate campaign ROI.
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to optimize CRM processes.
- Track lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
- Create marketing dashboards and reporting systems.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, CPL, MQLs, and ROI.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, SaaS, Technology, or Consumer Brands is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Analytics
- SEO fundamentals
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Marketing automation and funnel-building tools
- Strong analytical skills and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
