Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure architectures that support business continuity and operational efficiency.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to optimize technology workflows and processes.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
