Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waitress/Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Process guest bills and payments accurately.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fine dining, casual dining, or specialty restaurants.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant service procedures.
- Basic understanding of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or Pan-Asian cuisine will be an added advantage.
