Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales.
- Prior experience in a Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong client handling and consultative selling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand business challenges and recommend appropriate marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and business presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Represent Growmate in business meetings, networking events, and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
