About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate HR Manager – IT Recruitment to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT hiring, stakeholder management, team handling, and recruitment strategy to support business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and leadership roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting quality hiring metrics.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Conduct regular hiring review meetings and provide recruitment updates.
- Manage candidate and stakeholder expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor recruitment team members.
- Allocate requisitions and monitor recruiter productivity.
- Drive team performance against hiring targets and SLAs.
Recruitment Operations
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Employer Branding
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
- Manage candidate experience and engagement activities.
- Promote employee referral programs.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and referrals.
- Experience in hiring for technologies such as Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, and Infrastructure roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and offer management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS, and recruitment dashboards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling volume and niche IT hiring.
- Prior experience managing a recruitment team.
- Experience working with service-based or product-based organizations.
Pay: From ₹900,000.59 per year
