Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions
- Ensure training quality as per curriculum standards
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance
- Maintain training records and reports
- Support placement and industry readiness of trainees
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Sc. Nursing or relevant healthcare qualification
- TOT Certified Trainer preferred
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/training experience
- At least 1 year of industry experience in the healthcare sector
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
