We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
