Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination activities.
- Manage manpower planning and workforce coordination across departments.
- Maintain employee attendance records, leave management, and shift details accurately.
- Process payroll inputs and assist in salary preparation activities.
- Handle PF and ESIC challan filing, documentation, and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain employee records, joining formalities, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, salary, PF, ESIC, and HR-related queries.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities when required.
- Prepare HR reports, attendance reports, and employee MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Support management in maintaining discipline and employee relations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Payroll and Attendance Management.
- Hands-on experience in PF and ESIC challan filing and compliance.
- Strong manpower management and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
- Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in HR.
- Experience in payroll, attendance management, PF, and ESIC handling is mandatory.
Other Requirements:
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented work approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry HR operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
