Job Description:
1. Admissions Leadership & Team Management
Lead the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets across all programs.
Oversee the end-to-end admissions lifecycle from enquiry to onboarding.
Develop and implement structured admissions strategies and conversion
frameworks.
Set KPIs, track funnel performance, and optimise admissions processes.
Train and mentor admissions team to strengthen program positioning,
communication, and student guidance.
2. School Outreach & Institutional Partnerships
Lead and execute the school outreach strategy across India and international
markets, with a strong focus on international schools in the Middle East.
Build and maintain relationships with school leadership, counsellors, and
academic coordinators to drive long-term institutional partnerships.
Identify, prioritise, and onboard new partner schools to expand student
participation across programs.
Plan and conduct school visits, presentations, workshops, webinars, and
information sessions.
Develop structured outreach calendars aligned with school academic cycles and
program timelines.
Track outreach pipelines, partnerships, and conversion metrics to improve
engagement outcomes.
Oversee and guide the team managing external consultants and outreach partners.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and partnerships teams to strengthen
lead generation and school engagement campaigns.
Drive repeat collaborations and annual program partnerships with existing

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing,
or a related field preferred.
5–10 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or school outreach
within the education/EdTech sector, with team management experience.
Strong understanding of the school ecosystem and student counselling
landscape.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills,
with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Experience working with CRM platforms and basic data analysis (e.g., Google
Sheets) for pipeline and performance tracking.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to achieve enrolment or
outreach goals.
