As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications operate efficiently within the intended environment. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software to support evolving business demands are integral parts of your daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
