We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to support our D2C and e-commerce finance operations. The role involves marketplace reconciliations, payment settlement tracking, accounting entries, and financial data management across online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily sales, returns, refunds, and financial transactions.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other D2C channels.
- Reconcile payment gateway settlements and identify discrepancies.
- Track marketplace commissions, fees, shipping charges, and deductions.
- Process invoices, maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger updates.
- Prepare reconciliation reports, MIS reports, and financial documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST and e-commerce transaction flows is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
