JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring a Technical Centre Manager for our Thrissur office (Park House, Round North). You will be responsible for managing all server & hosting operations, handling domains, SSL, emails, and leading a team of 5-10 technical staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage Servers & Hosting - cPanel / WHM / VPS - Domain Renewal, DNS Management & SSL Setup - Regular Backup & Restore Management - Create and manage emails in Google Workspace / Zoho / cPanel - API Knowledge & Website Deployment Support - Troubleshoot server and hosting related issues - Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff - Handle daily office management and technical operations --- *3. REQUIREMENTS / WHO CAN APPLY* - Education: BTech / MTech / BCA / MCA / BSc / MSc IT - Experience: 0-2 Years in Hosting / Server field - Must have High Technical Knowledge in Hosting & Server Management - Must have Leadership Quality and Leading Power - Good Communication in Malayalam & English is Mandatory - Must be willing to work from Thrissur Office ---
