Endimension Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Hiring Specialist / Talent Acquisition Executive with expertise in the Healthcare & Radiology domain.
Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for hiring and onboarding:
- Radiologists
- CT/MRI/X-Ray Technicians
- Tele-radiology professionals
- Healthcare operations staff
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit Radiologists and Radiology Technicians across India and international markets
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and credential verification
- Maintain database of healthcare professionals
- Work closely with operations and medical teams
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare talent
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Healthcare or Radiology recruitment
- Good network in diagnostic centers/hospitals
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience hiring for Tele-radiology companies preferred
- Understanding of radiology modalities like CT, MRI, X-Ray, USG is an advantage
Location
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
