- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with integration of EDI systems with various enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues related to data exchange.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within EDI environments.
- Competence in working with communication protocols and standards relevant to EDI.
