About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Computer Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware and software systems for our clients/office.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on desktops,server, laptops, and printers
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients/staff
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and applications
- Maintain service records and prepare reports on repairs and maintenance
- Assist with network setup and basic IT support
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in computer hardware/software servicing (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware & Server , operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking basics
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to travel for on-site service calls (if applicable)
- Own vehicle preferred (if role requires field visits)
Skills Required
- Hardware troubleshooting & repair
- OS installation (Windows/Linux)
- Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, router configuration)
- Customer service orientation
- Printer/scanner servicing (if relevant)
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
