Full Stack Developer Trainer (MEARN / Python / AI-ML / AWS)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge and practical project experience in modern web technologies, Python Full Stack Development, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Full Stack Development.
- Train students on the MEARN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React.js, Node.js).
- Conduct Python Full Stack training using Django and advanced Python libraries.
- Teach data analysis and scientific computing using NumPy, Pandas, and other advanced Python libraries.
- Mentor students through real-time industry projects in Web Development and AI/ML.
- Design project-based learning modules and coding assignments.
- Guide students in debugging, deployment, and best coding practices.
- Keep course content aligned with current industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MEARN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React.js, Node.js).
- Expertise in Python Full Stack Development.
- Hands-on experience with the Django Framework.
- Excellent knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, and other advanced Python libraries.
- Experience in building REST APIs and database-driven applications.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Experience working on AI & Machine Learning projects with practical implementation.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to train students through project-based learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
- Knowledge of Java frameworks (such as Spring Boot) will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is preferred.
- Industry certifications in AWS, Python, AI/ML, or Full Stack Development are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant industry or training experience.
- Candidates with real-world project experience in Full Stack Development and AI/ML will be given preference.
