Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Physiotherapist with 4 to 5 years of clinical experience to lead our physiotherapy and sports recovery division. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele—ranging from athletes and fitness enthusiasts to clients seeking recovery, posture correction, or pain management. You will combine advanced physiotherapy modalities with recovery lab technology to deliver exceptional care and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessments to diagnose conditions and identify client goals.
- Custom Treatment Planning: Design and implement evidence-based treatment and recovery plans using manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and specialized rehabilitation techniques.
- Sports Recovery Management: Utilize recovery lab technologies (e.g., cryotherapy, compression therapy, contrast therapy, electrical stimulation, percussive therapy) to optimize athlete performance, speed up recovery, and prevent injury.
- Client Education: Educate clients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior staff, interns, or recovery lab technicians, maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with beauty, wellness, and fitness specialists across AMADO LLP to provide holistic, multi-faceted client care.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and professional ethics standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) from a recognized university.
- Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on clinical experience, ideally in sports physiotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, or private clinical settings.
- Certifications: Current professional registration/license. Additional certifications in Sports Physiotherapy, Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, or Cupping are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in manual therapy, exercise prescription, functional training, and operating sports recovery equipment.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build trust with high-value clients and athletes.
