The Reservation Executive is responsible for handling room bookings, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless reservation process for guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services
- Process bookings, cancellations, amendments, and confirmations efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date records in the reservation system
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor room inventory and manage overbookings or waitlists when necessary
- Upsell rooms, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue
- Address guest queries and special requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reservation procedures
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
