About Us
Next Angle Design Studio is a growing architectural and interior design firm specializing in innovative residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a passionate Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to exciting design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, 2D plans, 3D models, and presentation layouts.
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements.
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Attend client meetings and assist in project discussions.
- Follow up with project leads and support business development activities.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and design standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Revit is an added advantage.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within Chennai.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
