We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and well-groomed Senior Fashion Consultant to lead our luxury watch boutique at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and business targets.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Drive store performance through effective sales planning and customer relationship management.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Manage daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members to achieve peak performance.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through personalized service and client engagement.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in luxury or premium retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong leadership, team management, and sales skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Smart, confident, and professionally groomed personality.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales performance and drive results.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
