We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Business Analyst to join our growing product and technology team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to understand business needs, define product requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
The candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, product requirement documentation, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). A good understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and AI-powered productivity tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business objectives and product vision.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flow diagrams.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize product features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
- Conduct product demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and project status meetings.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, release planning, and post-release validation.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend product enhancements and process improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve requirement documentation, reporting, workflow automation, and overall productivity.
