Position: Insurance Telecalling Data Operator
Qualification: Graduate / Higher Secondary
Experience: 1-3 Years in Telecalling / Customer Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for insurance-related services.
- Maintain and update customer data accurately in the system.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and update records using MS Excel.
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals, documentation, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely customer support.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling, customer handling, and follow-up activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data entry.
- Smart, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products will be an added advantage.
