We are seeking a passionate and highly competent TGT Physics Teacher who can inspire students and build strong conceptual foundations in Physics. The ideal candidate should possess deep subject knowledge, strong pedagogical skills, and the ability to connect Physics concepts with real-world applications. Experience in NCERT-based teaching and exposure to competitive exam preparation (such as JEE/NEET/Foundation level) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics for middle and secondary grades with a strong focus on conceptual understanding.
- Build strong fundamentals that prepare students for higher-level Physics and competitive examinations.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the NCERT curriculum.
- Integrate problem-solving techniques and analytical thinking in classroom instruction.
- Prepare students for Olympiads, NTSE, and foundation-level competitive exams where applicable.
- Design assignments, assessments, and practice worksheets to strengthen conceptual clarity.
- Use experiments, demonstrations, and activity-based learning to enhance student understanding.
- Monitor student progress and provide targeted academic support.
- Maintain an encouraging classroom environment that promotes curiosity and scientific thinking.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the quality of Physics education in the school.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Physics or related field with B.Ed.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Strong command over Physics concepts and fundamentals.
- Experience in teaching NCERT curriculum.
- Exposure to competitive exam preparation (JEE/NEET/Foundation) will be preferred.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex Physics concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical teaching approach.
- Energetic, proactive, and capable of motivating students to achieve high standards.
