We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically strong Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) graduate to join our team as a Technical Faculty. The candidate will be responsible for teaching engineering software and technical courses across multiple disciplines.
Candidates with strong fundamentals and interest in teaching are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Mechanical and Electrical related software tools
- Conduct MEP design training sessions
- Teach Electronics-related subjects (MATLAB, VLSI basics, etc.)
- Handle Networking courses (CCNA fundamentals)
- Prepare lesson plans and practical assignments
- Support students in project work
- Maintain lab discipline and training quality
- Assist in course development and curriculum improvement
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong fundamentals in core engineering concepts
- Knowledge in at least 2–3 of the following:
- Mechanical Software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- MEP Design
- MATLAB
- VLSI Basics
- CCNA / Networking
- Good communication skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Experience:
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply
- 1–3 years teaching or industry experience preferred
Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)
