Customer Care Executive
Call leads and customers to generate walkin, collect buyer details, and move prospects through the sales funnel
Fixed salary + Attractive Incentives
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from leads, referrals, and walk-in enquiries
- Ask questions to capture budget, model prefrences, trade-in details and purchase timeline
- Schedule walkin and follow up with reminders
- Log every interaction, update the CRM, and maintain accurate customer records
Requirements
- 1+ year telecalling experience (automotive background a plus)
- Basic computer/CRM skills, ability to handle rejection and work to targets.
