Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely delivery.
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle customer queries politely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas.
Support banquet, buffet, and event operations when required.
Monitor stock and report shortages to management.
Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Prepare bills and handle basic POS operations if needed.
