About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with 3–5 years of proven experience in technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and performance tracking. If you live and breathe SEO, love experimenting with strategies, and thrive on improving rankings, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize on-page SEO (metadata, headings, internal linking, etc.).
- Collaborate with content teams to align SEO strategies.
- Plan and execute link-building and off-page strategies.
- Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Monitor algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Work on schema markup and local SEO initiatives.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure technical SEO hygiene (site speed, crawlability, mobile responsiveness).
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
- Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, GA, GSC.
- Strong understanding of Google ranking algorithms & technical SEO.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Good to Have
- eCommerce or local SEO experience.
- Familiarity with AI content tools like Jasper or ChatGPT.
- Knowledge of CRO and social SEO trends.
