WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━
- Identify and acquire new advertising & media clients across verticals
- Pitch customised media solutions — digital, print, OOH, events & experiential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing heads & agencies
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Collaborate with the creative and operations team to deliver seamless client solutions
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales, ad sales, or agency business development
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong network across brands, agencies or media houses
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently from home
