About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Jharsuguda, Odisha. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, experience in digital and print media, and the ability to create engaging designs that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Develop branding assets, logos, and visual identities.
- Design UI elements, icons, and promotional creatives as required.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other design tools.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Experience in social media creative design and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and branding projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate branding and industrial sector communications.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and creative automation platforms.
