Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to promote our ERP software solutions and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
- Explore new markets and business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Government Tender & Procurement
- Monitor and follow up on Government procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
- Identify relevant tenders and coordinate with internal teams for bid participation.
- Maintain records of tender opportunities and submission timelines.
Sales & Negotiation
- Present ERP software solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing & Business Promotion
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry seminars.
- Promote the company's products through online and offline channels.
Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement action plans to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ERP software or the IT industry is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B sales.
- Understanding of Government procurement and tender processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Ability to conduct software demonstrations and client presentations.
