Bim modeler
We are hiring a BIM Modeler for our company. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models based on project requirements and client standards.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop BIM models using relevant software
- Coordinate with design and project teams
- Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings/models
- Update models based on project changes and feedback
- Maintain project documentation and standards
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP Coordination and BIM projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP system including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Ability to review and coordinate MEP shop drawings and construction documents.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, project coordination and construction processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills with consultants, contracts, and project teams.
- Immediate joiners prefered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
