About the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing distributor/ dealer networks, and promoting Kusam-Meco’s range of Test & Measuring Instruments across India. This role requires strong product knowledge, market intelligence, and the ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
Promote Kusam-Meco test and measuring instruments (multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, power analysers,Thermal imagers etc.).
2. Dealer / Distributor Management
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Identify and onboard new channel partners across regions.
Provide product training and sales support to the channel network.
3. Customer Interaction & Business Development
Conduct regular field visits to customers, consultants, OEMs, and panel builders.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate KM products.
Follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and close orders.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends.
Share market insights with management to improve strategy.
Identify new market segments and potential product opportunities.
5. CRM & Reporting
Update enquiry details, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM.
PrepareDaily,weekly and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate data for quotations, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
6. After-Sales Coordination
Coordinate with service/support team for installation, calibration, and technical issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) OR Any Graduate with strong technical sales experience.
2-5 years of sales experience in test & measuring instruments OR related electrical products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel across India extensively.
Understanding of industrial buyers, EPC, OEM, panel builders, and distributors.
Pay: ₹12,545.25 - ₹35,000.00 per month
