Job Description
Pizza Twist is seeking a proactive and organized Support Representative to assist our store operations and support team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with franchise stores, assist in resolving operational issues, support app and online ordering processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication between departments.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-friendly, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to franchise stores and internal teams
- Assist stores with online ordering, menu updates, and app-related issues
- Coordinate with technical, inventory, and customer support teams
- Monitor and resolve support tickets and operational concerns
- Maintain records of issues, escalations, and resolutions
- Assist with training and onboarding support for store staff
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with stores and management
- Support daily reporting and documentation processes
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic technical understanding of apps, POS systems, and online platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in support, operations, or customer service roles
- Experience in restaurant, franchise, or food service industry is a plus
- Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
