We are expanding our team to include a friendly, reliable, and sales-focused Online Sales & Customer Support Agent to handle customer interactions and help grow our online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming queries via CRM.
- Guide customers with product recommendations and care tips.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed orders.
- Handle post-sale queries like delivery issues or plant care support.
- Maintain records of conversations and update daily sales/feedback reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Malayalam.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Good typing speed and ability to handle multiple chats.
- Basic knowledge of plants or willingness to learn orchid care.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets.
