Sr. Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities
· Develop and lead marketing strategies that position Nvizion Solutions as an industry thought leader. Create and manage annual marketing roadmaps aligned with business goals.
· Utilize Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
· Oversee the creation of high-impact content (whitepapers, blogs, case studies, webinars) that reflects industry trends and Nvizion’s expertise. Drive editorial calendars and ensure consistent messaging.
· Implement and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and enhance lead nurturing processes. Collaborate with sales to improve lead scoring and pipeline visibility.
· Manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive traffic and lead generation.
· Work closely with sales, and technical teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
· Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to amplify brand presence and engage target audiences.
Requirements
· 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a System Integrator, IT consultancy, or technology services company.
· Proven track record of driving successful thought leadership campaigns.
· Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
· Strong background in SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
· Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹20,000,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai)
