- Conduct sales meetings with clients, both in-person and online.
- Introduce, demonstrate, and train clients on products/services while gathering feedback, recommendations, and requirements for team execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze software gaps, pain points, and feature improvements for enhanced functionality.
- Negotiate sales deals, finalize agreements, and manage payment collections.
- Process orders, follow up on updates, and maintain system records for MIS visibility.
- Address and resolve product/service issues on behalf of clients while ensuring prompt communication.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records, provide timely reporting, and participate in meetings to offer process guidance.
- Analyze competitors’ pricing strategies and establish optimal pricing models for customers.
- Track and monitor customer satisfaction to uncover opportunities for additional revenue.
- Coordinate team efforts to implement best practices and process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Possess strong technical knowledge for effective communication.
- Language proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Willing to relocate or travel to various locations in India or abroad.
