DataQ Technology is a growing software development company specializing in custom software solutions, web and mobile application development, AI/ML integrations, and data analytics services. We work with clients across global markets and are now expanding our sales & marketing team to accelerate client acquisition and revenue growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can independently identify, attract, and convert potential clients from online platforms. You will be the engine of our business pipeline — responsible for turning digital touchpoints into paying contracts. This is a pure commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
Lead Generation Platforms
You will be expected to generate qualified leads and close deals through the following channels:

- Identify and approach potential clients on LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, Freelancer, and other digital platforms
- Create and manage targeted outreach campaigns (DMs, InMails, connection requests, proposals)
- Write compelling project proposals and bid on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour)
- Run or assist with social media campaigns on Facebook & Instagram to generate inbound inquiries
- Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and coordinate with the technical team for scoping
- Prepare and present service offerings and quotations to prospects
- Follow up consistently with leads through the sales pipeline until deal closure
- Maintain a CRM database of prospects, communications, and deal status
- Achieve monthly lead generation and deal closure targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Research market trends, competitor positioning, and identify new business opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- Proven experience in digital lead generation
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn outreach & Sales Navigator
- Active experience bidding on Upwork / Freelancer
- Strong written English communication
- Understanding of software services (web, mobile, AI)
- Self-driven with a hunter mentality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience with Facebook Ads / Meta Business Suite
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Prior work in IT / software company sales
- Knowledge of cold email sequences & tools
- Portfolio of closed deals in B2B software
- Basic knowledge of SEO / content marketing
- Multilingual communication ability
