Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate and convert leads into sales for our uPVC and Aluminium Doors & Windows business. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert leads generated through IndiaMART, Justdial, Google Ads, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Website Enquiries, and Social Media Platforms.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and installation teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and sales reports.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Must have atleast 1 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Experience handling IndiaMART, Justdial, Google Leads, and Digital Marketing Leads is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Experience in Doors & Windows, Building Materials, Construction, Interior, or Real Estate industries is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
