About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Cum Project Engineer to drive lead generation, manage customer relationships, and support project execution through site surveys. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a technical understanding to bridge sales and project needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other outreach methods
- Perform site surveys to assess project feasibility and requirements
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Oversee KSEB liaisoning and drive the entire bank coordination process from initial filing to final fund clearance
- Coordinate with the technical/project team to ensure smooth handover after sales closure
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields / Any Degree
- Valid driving license
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings
