We are looking for a dedicated and responsible candidate for handling Government tender participation and office coordination work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete knowledge of Government e Marketplace operations and bidding process
- Participation in Government tenders through GeM and other procurement portals
- Preparation and submission of tender documents online/offline
- Handling bid documentation, EMD, BOQ, compliance, and vendor registrations
- Regular monitoring of tender opportunities and updates
- Coordination with departments for quotation, documentation, and approvals
- Maintaining records of contracts, work orders, and correspondence
- Handling day-to-day office administrative work
- Communication with clients, government departments, and vendors
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal and tender procedures
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling)
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Responsible and professional attitude
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in tendering / office administration preferred

Pay: ₹11,074.30 - ₹35,206.66 per month
