Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer with strong experience in
Python, Laravel backend development and modern frontend technologies such as React or
Angular. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web
applications, developing APIs, and creating responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with
cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and modern frontend
frameworks such as React or Angular.
● Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
● Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React,
or Angular.
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers for smooth project
execution.
● Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
● Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best development practices.
● Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and application enhancements.
● Work with databases and integrate third-party APIs/services.
● Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
● Maintain version control using Git/GitHub.
Required Skills
1. Backend SkillsStrong experience in Python, Laravel
2. Hands-on experience with frameworks such as: Django, Flask,Fast API
3. Frontend Skills:
Strong knowledge of: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Experience with: React.js or Angular, Laravel
Understanding of responsive web design principles.

➢ Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
➢ Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
➢ Knowledge of Git/GitHub version control.
➢ Basic understanding of cloud platforms is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
➢ 3–4 years of relevant Full Stack Development experience.
➢ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
➢ Good communication and teamwork abilities.
➢ Ability to work from the office in Pune.
Preferred Qualifications
➢ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
➢ Exposure to deployment and CI/CD processes.
➢ Knowledge of Docker or cloud services is a plus.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
