DentAesthetica is a modern dental and aesthetic clinic with branches in New Delhi and Gurgaon, providing comprehensive dental care with a strong focus on advanced treatments, patient care, hygiene, and clinical excellence.
The clinic is led by Dr. Karan Bhalla, Orthodontist and Invisalign Black Diamond Provider, with 18 years of clinical experience, specializing in orthodontics and advanced clear-aligner treatments.
Our team also includes Dr. Pooja Saigal, Endodontist, with expertise in root canal treatments and advanced endodontic care.
DentAesthetica provides a wide range of dental treatments, including Invisalign/clear aligners, orthodontics, smile design, cosmetic dentistry, RCT, crowns, implants, general dentistry, and other advanced dental procedures.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and patient-friendly Dental Assistant to join our team at our Anand Niketan, New Delhi clinic.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable assisting dentists during various procedures, maintaining strict hygiene and sterilization standards, and ensuring the treatment area is well-organized and ready for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and treatment rooms.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Assist with patient preparation and provide support during appointments.
- Clean, disinfect, and organize dental instruments and treatment areas.
- Maintain adequate stock of dental materials and supplies.
- Handle and maintain dental equipment carefully.
- Assist during procedures such as RCT, fillings, extractions, crowns, implants, aligners, and other dental treatments.
- Ensure the clinic and operatory are clean, organized, and ready for patients.
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience to patients.
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinic team when required.
- Follow all clinic protocols related to hygiene, safety, and patient care.
Requirements & Skills
- Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and basic dental procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental clinic.
- Good organizational and teamwork skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Language Requirements
- Hindi: Good communication skills required.
- English: Good communication skills preferred.
- Knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage.
