Screening & Compliance
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, clinical skills, availability, and cultural fit.
Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, including license verification, certifications (BLS, ACLS, board certifications), DEA registrations, and background checks.
Manage credentialing documentation to comply with state, national, and organizational standards.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leadership to define job descriptions, staffing needs, and candidate criteria.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
Draft and extend employment offers, negotiate compensation packages, sign-on bonuses, and relocation incentives.
Guide candidate onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the healthcare system.
3. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
* Organize employee engagement activities.
* Conduct monthly celebrations, events and recognition programs.
* Drive employee wellness initiatives.
* Create a positive and energetic work culture.
* Support internal communication programs.
* Manage employee feedback mechanisms.
4. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
* Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
* Maintain a healthy and professional work environment.
* Resolve employee grievances in a timely manner.
* Escalate critical matters to leadership when required.
* Conduct stay interviews and engagement discussions.
5. HR Operations & Agency Coordination
* Coordinate with external payroll agency.
* Coordinate with external compliance partners.
* Coordinate with external PMS and HR consulting partners.
* Ensure timely collection and sharing of required employee information.
* Maintain HR records and employee database.
* Track attendance, leave and employee documentation.
* Ensure HR process adherence across departments.
6. Exit Management & Retention
* Conduct exit interviews.
* Manage clearance and handover process.
* Coordinate with relevant stakeholders during separation.
* Analyze attrition trends and employee feedback.
* Support retention initiatives.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
* Maintain HR dashboards and trackers.
* Publish monthly HR reports.
* Track recruitment, attrition, attendance and engagement metrics.
* Present HR insights to leadership.
8. Culture Building & CEO OVice Support
* Work directly with the Founder & CEO on organizational initiatives.
* Support culture-building programs.
* Assist in implementation of HR policies and processes.
* Help drive accountability, ownership and employee productivity.
* Participate in strategic HR and organizational development projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have
* 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong command over English and Hindi.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Comfortable interacting with employees across all levels.
* Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and HR tools.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
